Dreamflux is an AI-powered interactive entertainment platform operated by Dreamflux AI Private Limited. We create voice-driven, character-driven interactive experiences that combine artificial intelligence, real-time voice synthesis, and narrative game design.

By accessing or using any Dreamflux product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Dreamflux offers the following interactive experiences:

Dreamflux offers a catalog of AI-powered interactive experiences across genres including thriller, mystery, simulation, and dialogue-driven narratives. Titles are regularly added and updated. The current catalog is available at dreamflux.xyz.

Dreamflux operates on a freemium model:

• Free titles — Several experiences are available at no cost. These are fully playable without payment.
• Premium titles — Select experiences offer a free trial period, followed by a one-time purchase to unlock the full experience.
• Future plans — We may introduce subscription-based access to premium content and features in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. Dreamflux does not store credit card or payment instrument details on its servers.

You may access some Dreamflux products as a guest. To save progress and access all features, you must create an account using Google or Apple sign-in.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Dreamflux
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

When using Dreamflux, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our AI systems
• Use our services to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Share or redistribute content generated through our platform without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions

All content, characters, narratives, voice performances, game mechanics, visual designs, and software on Dreamflux are the property of Dreamflux AI Private Limited or its licensors.

AI-generated dialogue and voice responses created during your gameplay sessions are produced for your personal entertainment. You may not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Dreamflux uses artificial intelligence to generate interactive dialogue, voice responses, and narrative content in real-time. By nature, AI-generated content may be unpredictable.

• AI responses do not represent the views of Dreamflux AI Private Limited
• Characters and scenarios are fictional and for entertainment purposes only
• We continuously monitor and improve our AI systems to ensure safe and appropriate content

Dreamflux services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamflux AI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Dreamflux in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dreamflux after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
